施工说明

本产品为二合一的单组份干粉材料，适用于瓷砖粘贴也可填缝，开袋加水30%搅拌即可施工，首先将瓷砖缝隙中的灰渣清理干净，再用湿海绵将缝隙表面湿润，以利于提高填缝剂的固化强度，同时有利于避免填缝剂对瓷砖毛细孔的渗透。用工具将填缝剂胶浆填满压实，填缝剂初步固化后(15-30分钟)，用微湿海绵将瓷砖表面多余的填缝剂清理干净。如果应用于外墙面粘贴小型瓷砖，可采用满粘法施工。理论上满粘时每平米(厚度1mm)用量在1.5kg左右，填缝时1公斤可以满足约3平方米的瓷砖(缝隙宽度5mm-8mm)。

Construction Descriptions

This product is a two-in-one single-component powder material, suitable for ceramic tile paste and caulking, open the bag, add 30% water and construction can be done after stirring. First of all, clean up the ash of ceramic tile aperture, and then moisten the crack surface with wet sponge so as to enhance caulking agent curing strength and to avoid caulking agent to ceramic tile capillary permeability. Fill and compact the glue paste of the caulking agent with tools. After the initial curing of the caulking agent (15-30 minutes), use a slightly wet sponge to clean up the excess caulking agent on the tile surface. If applied to the external wall paste small ceramic tiles, it can be constructed in the full adhesion method. Theoretically, the consumption of each square meter (thickness of 1mm) is about 1.5kg for full adhesion, and 1kg can satisfy about 3 square meters of ceramic tiles (gap width 5mm-8mm) for filling seam.

注意事项

1. 本产品加水即用，禁止掺加其他材料改变填缝剂的配比和性能。 2.施工温度应在5℃~40℃，切忌将已干结的胶浆加水搅拌再用。 3.施工前应以小面积局部试验后再大面积施工。如表面粗糙的瓷砖应选用相近的颜色或小面积试用，否则会出现污染砖面的情况。 4.不能在雨淋的情况下施工，应在施工8~9小时洒水养护。

Cautions

1. The product can be used after adding water and it is forbidden to mix other materials to change the ratio and performance of the filler.

2. The construction temperature should be between 5℃ and 40℃ and it is forbidden to mix the dried glue pulp with water before use.

3. Before construction, local tests should be conducted in a small area before construction in a large area. If the ceramic tile with rough surface, choose close color or make a trial in the small area, otherwise it may appear contaminative brick face circumstance.

4. Construction should not be carried out in the case of rain, and water maintenance should be sprayed 8-9 hours after the construction.
