JS防水涂料

本品是以丙烯酸酯等聚合物乳液和水泥为主要原料，加入其它外加剂制得的双组份水性建筑防水材料，两组份在现场搅拌成均匀，细腻浆料，涂刷

于基体表面，固化后可形成柔韧、高强的防水涂膜。产品具有“刚柔相济”的特性，既有聚合物涂膜的延伸性、防水性，也有水硬性胶凝材料强度

高、耐水性好、易与潮湿基层粘结的优点。

【性能特点】

1、水性涂料，无害，无污染，属环保型涂料。

2、具有一定的延伸性，对基层变形适应力较强;同时，具有无机材料耐水，耐老化的物质。

3、具有良好的抗渗功能。

4、防水层上可用砂浆直接粘贴瓷砖。

5、可在潮湿基层上施工并粘结牢固。

6、施工简单方便，冷施工，操作方便，干燥时间短，可缩短工期。

【适用范围】

卫生间、浴室、厨房、楼地面、阳台、水池及墙面防水和木地板防潮。

【使用要点】

基层：基层应坚硬、无浮尘。阴阳角以及管根部等两面交接处，均应做成圆弧形，阴角直径宜大于50mm，阳角直径宜大于10mm。

防水层：可单独做成涂膜防水，一道设防时，厕卫间不小于1.5mm，地下工程不小于2.0mm。

【施工要点】

基层处理：基层应处理平整、坚实、干净、无油迹、无明显积水，阴阳角宜为圆弧形。油污须除干净，低凹破损处修平。

【配料】

1、配料比例：液料：粉料：水=1：1.5：(0～1)，水的添加量可在规定范围之内适当调节，以调整涂料粘稠度，满足立面和平面不同部位的施

工要求。

2、配料方法：先将液料和水倒入搅拌桶中，在手提搅拌器不断搅拌下将粉料徐徐加入其中，至少搅拌5分钟，搅拌均匀，呈浆状无团块。

3、细部附加防水层：按设计要求在留设凹槽内嵌填密封材料，在阴阳角、管根等细部应特殊处理，地下工程宜夹铺一层胎体增强材料。

4、大面积防水施工：宜分三遍涂刷，每遍涂膜完全干燥后才可涂下一遍，后遍涂刷方向与前遍涂刷方向垂直，每遍涂料用量约0.5～1.0kg/平米。

每遍涂布时间一般间隔4小时，冬季宜延长。每遍涂膜厚度以0.4～0.5毫米为宜，不宜一遍过厚。立面施工以不加水或少加水为宜，以免涂料流淌，

致使立面厚度不易达到设计厚度，同时导致阴阳角堆积料过厚，产生裂纹。

5、涂膜防水层完成并验收合格后，进行保护层或饰面层施工。

【参考用量】每毫米厚的涂膜约需产品2.0kg/㎡。

【注意事项】

1、施工时气温须高于5℃，阴雨天气室外不宜施工，基层有明显积水时不宜施工。

2、配好的混合料应在3小时内使用完毕。

3、开封后未使用完的液料或粉料组分，应密封贮存，并尽快使用。

4、每遍施工厚度不能超过1mm，一次涂刷过厚，涂膜容易产生裂纹。

5、立面施工时，以不加水或少加水为宜，以免涂料流淌，致使立面厚度不易达到设计厚度，同时导致阴阳角堆积料过厚，产生裂纹。

6、防水涂膜应完全干燥后方可进行饰面层施工。

【包装、运输及贮存】

1、产品粉料组份和液料组份先用塑料袋分别包装后再装入塑料桶中。

2、运输按非危险品要求。运输时，防止雨淋、曝晒、挤压、碰撞、倒置，保持包装完好无损。运输过程中环境温度不能低于0℃，否则，应采取

保温措施。

3、产品液料组份宜密封存放于5℃以上的阴凉处，贮存温度不得低于0℃;粉料须存放于干燥处。

During the transportation, no exposure to rain, sunlight, and no extrusion, collision and inversion, and keep the package intact.
