Scope of Application

This product is applicable to cement mortar plastering surface, concrete, various kinds of insulation system coating surface, such as the building surface and elastic coating system leveling treatment.

施工工艺

1 、水的加入量以施工稠度为准。搅拌均匀后放置10~15分钟(冬季30分钟)再进行搅拌即可使用，不可加入除水以外其他材料。 2、若基面过于干燥，施工前需将基层表面湿润至无明水，并保证基面稳固、洁净、平整光滑，无灰尘、油污、脱落物及其他碎屑物。明显的空隙、砂眼须用水泥砂浆堵塞抹平，尖锐的边绿应除去。用抹刀直接抹刮胶浆于基面上，建议分2-3遍批刮，每遍批刮厚度不超过1mm，总厚度不超过3mm。 3、第二遍应在第一遍完全干固后(6-12小时)方可批刮。操作过程中应保持间断性搅拌，以防止沉淀。节点处理按有关规范要求进行，宜加一层纤维网或无纺布。正常用量视基面平整度而定，基面越平整用量越少。厚度在2mm的情况下：2.5kg-3kg左右/㎡。

Construction Technology

1. The amount of water added shall be subject to the construction consistency. Stir well and leave for 10-15 minutes (30 minutes in winter). Then stir and use. Do not add other materials except water.

2. If the base surface is too dry, the base surface shall be wetted to no bright water before construction, and the base surface shall be stable, clean, smooth and free from dust, oil, shedding and other debris. Apparent interspace and sand holes must be blocked and troweled smooth with cement mortar, and sharp edge should be removed. Use a spatula to directly wipe the scraping glue onto the base surface. It is recommended to do it in 2-3 batches, with each batch scraping thickness not exceeding 1mm and the total thickness not exceeding 3mm.

3. The second time should be scrapped after completely dry and solid (6-12 hours) in the first time. Intermittent stirring should be maintained during operation to prevent sedimentation. Node processing shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant specifications, and it is advisable to add a layer of fiber net or non-woven cloth. The normal dosage depends on the flatness of the base surface. The flatter the base surface is, the less the dosage uses. For instance, 2mm thickness: about 2.5kg-3kg/m2.

温馨提示

施工时刮批平整后不宜反复批刮。

施工后至少12小时内须防雨淋、酷热阳光照射及霜冻。

搅拌好的浆料应在3小时内用完，切忌将已干结的膏浆加水混合后再用。

产品适宜在5℃-40℃的环境下使用，切忌在雨淋下施工。

Be protected from rain, hot sun and frost for 12 hours at least after construction.

Well-stirred slurry should be used up within 3 hours, and do not mix the dried paste with water before use.

The product is suitable for use in the environment of 5℃-40℃, and do not construct under the rain.

存放于阴凉干燥处，未启封产品可保存半年。
