施工方法

基层处理:

施工前应确保基层结实、无粉尘、无杂物、无油污汲其它松散物。

Construction Method

Base Treatment:

Make sure that the base is firm, free from dust, sundries and grease before construction.

浆料搅拌:

将适量清水倒入干净容器内,加入粉料,每公斤粉料需要0.3~0.5L清水(加水量可根据施工人员手感以及环境温度和湿度而调整) , 快速搅拌直至形成无结团

Slurry Mixing:

Pour proper amount of water into the clean container and add powder. 0.3-0.5L of water is needed for each kilogram of powder (the amount of water added can be adjusted according to the construction worker’s feel and the ambient temperature and humidity). Stir quickly until no agglomerate.

堵漏修补:

一般防水工程的渗漏水形式主要表现为三种,即点、缝和面的渗漏。根据工程渗漏水具体情况,可用速凝型防水堵漏宝采用不同止水堵漏工艺进行整治。

Leakage Stoppage and Repair:

The seepage form of general waterproof project basically shows for 3 kinds, namely point, joint and surface leakage. According to the specific project leakage, the quick-setting type of waterproof plugging treasure can be used for the treatment of different water plugging technology.

1 )漏水孔洞的防水堵漏;

漏水孔周围部位的防水处理将粉料加水拌合后涂抹在漏水孔周围, -般采用抹子或刮板涂抹2~3遍。每- -遍需待涂层硬化后(手压不留指纹),将其喷湿(但不能有积水),再进行下一遍施工。剔圆形槽堵漏以漏水点为圆心剔槽(槽的直径x深度为10mmx 20mm、20mm×30mm, -般毛细孔渗水剔成直径10mm圆孔), 用水将槽冲洗干净。将粉料加水拌合后捏成与槽直径相近的圆锥体,放置片刻待用手捏有硬感时,将其塞进槽内,并用木棒挤压,轻砸使其向内部及四周压紧、挤实,即可瞬时止水。

1) Waterproof and Plug Leakage of Leaking Holes

The waterproof treatment of the parts around the leak hole will add water powder and apply it around the leak hole, generally using a trowel or scraper daub 2-3 times. After the coating has hardened (hand pressure does not leave fingerprints), spray it with water (but no waterlogging), then proceed the construction to the next time. Pick the circular groove plugging with the water leakage point as the center of the pick groove (the diameter x depth of the groove is 10mm × 20mm, 20mm×30mm, for the capillary porous water cut into a diameter of 10mm round hole), rinse the groove with water. Mix the powder with water and shape it into a cone with a diameter similar to that of the tank. When it is hard to be pinched by hand for a while, put it into the tank, squeeze it with a wooden stick, and gently hit it so that the inside and the surrounding are pressed and compacted. Then the water can be stopped instantly.

2 )漏水裂缝的防水堵漏

漏水裂缝周围部位的防水处理 将粉料加水拌合后涂抹在漏水缝隙周围, -般采用抹子或刮板涂抹2~3遍。每一遍需待涂层硬化后(压不留指纹),将其喷湿(但不能有积水)，再进行下一遍施工。剔八字型槽堵漏沿裂缝剔深为10mm~30mm,宽15mm~ 50mm的八字型槽。在槽底沿裂缝放一小绳,绳长约200~300mm。将粉料加水拌合后捏成条形,放置片刻待用手捏有硬感时,填压于放绳的槽内,并迅速将边缘压实,随即将绳子抽出,再压实-次,使漏水顺绳孔流出。对较长的裂缝可分段逐次填塞，每段长约100mm~ 150mm每段间隙留20mm宽空隙。在20mm空隙处,用裹上拌合料的钉子待拌合料将要凝固时插入空隙中,并迅速用拌合料将钉子的四周空隙压实,同时转动钉子并立即拔出,使水顺钉孔流出。待堵漏料凝固后,再按漏水孔洞的防水堵漏办法处理钉孔。

2) Leakage of Water Cracks Waterproof Plug

The waterproof treatment of the parts around the leak crack will add water powder and apply it around the leak crack, generally using a float or scraper daub 2-3 times. After hardening of the coating (pressure without fingerprints), spray it wet (but not water), and then proceed with the next construction. The K-type slot is 10mm-30mm deep and 15mm-50mm wide along the crack. Put a small rope at the bottom of the trough along the crack, and the rope length is about 200-300mm. Mix the powder with water and shape it into a strip. When it is hard to be pinched by hand for a moment, fill and press it into the slot where the rope is placed. Then, the edge of the rope is quickly compacted. For the longer cracks can be piecewise and successive filling, the length of each section is about 100mm-150mm and the gap of each section is 20mm wide. At the 20mm gap, insert the nails coated with mixing material into the gap when the mixing material is about to solidify, and quickly use the mixing material to compress the gaps around the nails, at the same time turn the nails and pull them out immediately, so that the water flows out along the hole. After the plugging material solidifies, the nail hole shall be treated according to the waterproof plugging method of the leaking hole.

注意事项

1、凝结时间会因用水量、施I温度不同而有波动。

2、材料需要一次性拌和 ,可二次加水拌和,可使用时间约5分钟(视温度和湿度而定) ,初凝后不可加水再用。

3、凝结时可能会大量放热,应小心避免烫伤。

4、本品仅适用于不带压的结构修补。

产品保存

存放于阴凉干燥处,严禁雨淋受潮,贮存温度5- 35°C ,未启封产品可保存12个月。

Cautions

1. The setting time fluctuates due to different water consumption and construction temperature.

2. The material needs to be mixed once, and can be mixed with water twice. It can be used for about 5 minutes (depending on the temperature and humidity).

3. A large amount of heat may be generated during condensation, so take care to avoid scalding.

4. This product is only applicable to the repair of the structure without pressure.

Product Storage

Store in a cool and dry place, no rain or dampness. Store at 5°C-35°C. The unopened products can be stored for 12 months.
